OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. SPONSOR

Operation Lucky Strike (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by:

(“Sponsor” or “Bombs & Blades”).

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, RTIC Outdoors LLC, or any other third party whose products or platforms may be referenced in connection with the Sweepstakes.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on October 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on December 18, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor's designated computer system shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Operation Lucky Strike is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, officers, agents and representatives of Bombs & Blades Hot Sauce LLC, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants will automatically be entered into the giveaway upon purchase with 1 entry given for every dollar spent (Order total).

Eligible participants may enter Operation Lucky Strike without making a purchase.

Complete and submit a Sweepstakes entry form on a standard 3x5" or 4x6" index card during the Sweepstakes Period with the requested information, including:

• Full legal name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• State of residence
• Date of birth or confirmation of age eligibility

No purchase, payment, order, donation, shipping charge or other financial transaction is necessary to submit an entry.

Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate or otherwise unauthorized entries may be disqualified.

5. PURCHASES

Bombs & Blades may advertise, sell and promote its normal merchandise during the Sweepstakes Period, including hot sauce, apparel, hats, merchandise and product packs.

6. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The Grand Prize package is the OPERATION LUCKY STRIKE LOADOUT and consists of:

• One (1) 22 QT RTIC Cooler
• One (1) Bombs & Blades Hat
• One (1) Bose Soundlink Flex speaker
• One (1) Bombs & Blades T-Shirt
• One (1) $100 Cash Prize
• One (1) Bombs & Blades Trinity Pack
• Various Bombs & Blades swag

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the complete Grand Prize package is $504.99.

The $100 cash prize will be provided to the verified winner by a method selected by Sponsor.

The remaining prize components are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

If an advertised merchandise item becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater approximate retail value.

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

RTIC Outdoors LLC and/or Bose is not a sponsor of, administrator of, or affiliated with Operation Lucky Strike.

7. RANDOM DRAWING

One potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will take place on or about:

JANUARY 1, 2027

Every valid entry included in the drawing will have equal weight.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the winning entry.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours after Sponsor's first notification attempt.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility and may require completion of an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release and/or publicity release where permitted by law.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, fails to provide requested eligibility information, declines the prize or is determined to be ineligible, the potential winner will forfeit the prize.

Sponsor may then randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

9. PRIZE DELIVERY

Following verification of eligibility, Sponsor will arrange delivery or shipment of the Grand Prize to the winner.

Sponsor is responsible for ordinary shipment of the physical prize package to the verified winner at an eligible U.S. address.

Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect information supplied by the winner.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Bombs & Blades Hot Sauce LLC to announce the winner's first name, last initial, city and state.

Where legally permitted and with any additional consent required by applicable law, Sponsor may also use photographs or video voluntarily supplied by the winner in connection with promotion of Operation Lucky Strike and Bombs & Blades.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through Operation Lucky Strike will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, conduct the random drawing, contact the potential winner, award the prize and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Entering Operation Lucky Strike does not require an entrant to subscribe to Bombs & Blades promotional email or SMS marketing.

Any optional marketing consent presented on the entry page must be separate from Sweepstakes entry and will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.

12. ENTRY INTEGRITY AND DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has:

• Submitted false or fraudulent information;
• Used automated entry methods;
• Attempted to submit unauthorized duplicate entries;
• Tampered with the entry process;
• Interfered with operation of the Sweepstakes;
• Attempted to manipulate the random drawing; or
• Otherwise materially violated these Official Rules.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject otherwise valid entries.

13. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Subject to applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, legal restriction or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially compromises the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled closing date, Sponsor may select the winner by random drawing from eligible entries properly received before termination, where permitted by law.

Sponsor will not manipulate the drawing, predetermine the winner or fail to award the advertised prize except where awarding the prize is prohibited by law.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or technically unsuccessful entries resulting from circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or protections afforded to entrants under applicable federal or state law that cannot legally be waived.

16. WINNER INFORMATION

After the winner has been verified, requests for winner information may be submitted to:

Requests must be received within 90 days following the drawing.

17. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor concerning administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
